I always get games and then exchange them (unopened) later for new games that haven't come out yet. TRU has a 45 day return policy.

Not a big fan of animations in 2K series... Haven't played the 09 version, but I guess its just a preference.

I'm thinking about doing this too but it would be such a hassle for me to drive there to buy the games then later return them for newer titles. It's pretty far away from me. Not sure if it's worth it.
