Any one use google for spell cheack when you forget how to spell something.

No, but I do use it to find dictionary definitions.

When you search for a word, it comes up with

Searched the web for "banana"

If you click the word you want defined, it comes up with a defintion. Very useful.



edit: a much easier tool for spellchecking online is IESpell.. there's a link on my website.

its worse when your really laying into someone and you know damn well your more intelligent than them then wham a typo comes along and all your insults just seem wasted i hate it when that happens :D

Google for spell check? Hmmm... not a bad idea.

I usually open MS Word, type in the word, hit spellcheck, close Word.

Yeah i usually do that and i dont bother writing the words with much care because google corrects it.

There is a good argument voor spelling control within this board's software....

edit:- Google is certainly not perfect, yesterday I looked up Pentuim 6 ( should have looked up Pentium 6, and it came up with results....

i don't think spelling is sign of Intelligence what if the person writing is not english or english is not their native tounge??? i know plenty of people that are smart and can't spell because this is not their language, now if you can't spell your own language then you've got problems but if its you second one i give you a break :lol: never judge a bood by its cover :lol: :lol:
