linux vs windows server 2k3

Yes, since Linux is more efficient and uses less resources.

^ Yeah but choose linux only if u have worked on it before or have prior knowledge as it can be a pain setting it up .. There are a lot of errors and customizations not mentioned in the Guide which you need to do like the maximun num of files etc

Linux. It's cheaper and provides better performance :)
