Why is SCC so hard to get into??? It is only a level 2 tracker from what I have been reading!

but when somebody will fill his request, it wont be here in this topic but through pm or msn or whatsoever so i assume it will be in private. or maybe im wrong

Does it really matter which level a tracker has?

The fact is that scc has limited their invites.
certain countries have their privileges restricted or taken away.
