Yes it has been working fine for some time now. Clear your cache as it probably is full of the old discontinued site. It's now on new safe servers. It's still the best site and probably will remain that way. Renew your password too, it's always a good idea now and then and log back in and start seeding again.:smoke:

Had the same problem. http://62.149.24.66/files/
use that or add:
62.149.24.66 demonoid.com
to hosts file

It should work unless your ISP is blocking the site.

change your DNS servers to:
208.67.222.222
208.67.220.220
and see if it works.

If the IP doesn't work, then it isn't DNS that's the problem. The DNS is what associates the URL with the correct IP.

DNS doesnt only translate URL's to IP addresses, ISP's can use DNS to block traffic as well.
so............ if his ISP wants to block Demonoid, they could do it by using DNS to do this, this why I suggested he changed his DNS settings AFTER someone posted the IP address.

Sorry, did not know that anyone used ways like that to block sites. Should they be changed in the router or just on the computer then?
