Why are the newest Alt.Binz releases not available for download from altbinz's website?

because you have to donate
the last free version is 0.25.0 (http://www.altbinz.net/index.php?page=downloadz&show_id=32)

I donated, and they refunded my donation and they did not give me access to the newer versions.

thats almost as funny as finding limewire pro on limewire. really a donation doesn't have to be any bigger than 1 euro and thats really cheap for quality software.
