Nothing like a classic:

White plain toasted bread, buttered. Slightly melted cheese on top, a few slices of ham. Finish off with a squirt of mayo and some slices of tomato. Win.

Anyone else tried hot spam sandwiches. Either fried or microwaved for about 20 seconds. Best eaten after 6 or 7 beers.

All time favourite though is onions that have been cooked in with a piece of beef nice and slow until they're soft and have the taste of the beef essence on them. Mmmm nice juicy onion sandwich.

It's been awful. We're doing peer evaluations. It's a process where we review and evaluate our co-workers job performance, and our raises and promotions are based
on each other's reviews.

I am evaluating a dear friend of mine. He's been having marital problems, and his work has been suffering. I am caught up in a real life moral dilemma. It fucking sucks.

Exactly, appraisals are part of their job. To get the staff to appraise one and other really is appalling. Fair do's maybe feedback to the person's manager if someone did something really well and you want their boss to know about it. However that's a totally different barrel of frogs.
