I from Israel, so I can't get SMS from OVH for verify account.
They have a good records and prices.

*The money for the SMS I transfer in PayPal.

u cant be verified as its not just sms,they also have to send a letter to ur house.
You need to buy of a reseller,pm me and il sort you out.
