what you see here are the available columns in azureus with the ones i chose to display ticked.

download window:

upload window:

i never used utorrent, so i'm interested in what customizable columns are available in this client's upload/download window.

screenshots would be nice.

thanks.

is there something similar to "seeding for" (total amount of time you have been seeding)?

so you'd have to click on each torrent to open the general tab to see how long you've been connected (seeding)? i usually sort my torrents by seedtime. i guess that's not possible in utorrent then.

just click on the torrent you want to how long you've been connected (seeding)

and it will be shown here

the new version of utorrent has an 'Elapsed' column, this should suffice for your sorting. :)

a lot of people have been scared or don't know about upgrading to the latest version, which explains the screenshots without this column option.

mmmh. if you have like hundreds of torrents running the option to sort torrents by seedtime and see it with one look is something i'd definitely miss. especially since many trackers have a minimum seed time.
in azureus i can just scroll down and delete torrents that have been seeded for an appropiate time.

however, thanks for the screenshots.

edit: missed your post integral, thanks. if anyone wants to post a column shot of the latest version please go ahead.

In utorrent you can set every torrent to seed for a specific amount of time or a specific ratio
That should do what you want right???

can you do that for every torrent individually or only for all torrents?

That is the general settings for all torrents but you can change each one also
Just right click on the torrent>Properties

Here is that window, you can actually set the gereral one way
and the use this to override a single torrent to seed longer or whatever

there are two types of torrents - regular and forced. rules are applied only for regular, so if you want to seed smth forever, you just highlight the torrents you need and "force" them
..plus all torrents can be sorted by time added or time completed...

that's a good option. in azureus you can only automatic seedstop individual torrents when they reach a certain ratio but not after a certain seedtime.
