old nCore acc. 35GB buffer (for hungarians speaking only)

Well, i have a old nCore acc. to offer. I used to use it some months ago but since this time, i got in some trackers that fit my needs better than nCore.

Rules:

- you must speak/understand hungarian
- no traders/scammers/cheaters/collectors
- tell me why you want it

ratio proofs and speedtest are not needed...

you're probably right but i dont know which adjacent countries also speak hungarian. First, i wanted to allow appliers from Balkans but they doesn't all speak hungarian (for example, romanian is a latin language). Anyway, i don't want to make hard rules, i just want to be sure that the account will be used :)

Romanian is latin u have wright but in the East-Nord some people speak hungarian and are some city at frontier which have a hungarian influence...your's rules are very ok...In Balkans they doesn't all speak hungarian ..U have wright but the language have a little influence.....I spamm your giveaway....sorry...
