Is that through a seedbox? :unsure:

It's a Brisbane proxy that TPG (Australian ISP) uses .People can use it if their regular address is being blocked.It's legit but also can be used as a way to get around a ban .

I wish I could take some credit but sadly no brilliance on my part. I happened to see the exact same thing referenced on a Australian Mac forum that's all.

its a tpg proxy.... althought i belive they have just decomissioned all their proxys sooo.... should see a proper name / ip address now
