Roxio Easy Cd Creator 5 Basic

My roxio easy cd creator 5 basic came with my new dell computer, however, now,whenever, I try to download a cd I keep getting a message that there&#39;s a problem with the program and that it is shutting itself down and sending a message to msn. How can I fix or eliminate this problem. I am seriously in need of help, I&#39;ve phoned dell and all they can say is that I need to go online to roxio and run a patch but when I did that it still didn&#39;t work. Can anyone help me with this problem&#33; :o :angry: <_< :( :) :rtfm:

if you got the cd try reinstalling it or better still download easycd + dvd creator 6 or new nero6 from kazaa. much better programs and loads more features than basic version :D
