When I try to open the file, I get a quick black pop up screen and then it closes. Is there a secret to opening these type of files?

I'm not an expert on secrets but you might have a fake file. Other guess is it might be a command line only thing when i click on besweet it does that too.

open it with isobuster or winiso and extract the files to a folder. you could also just change the extension to .iso :D
