But when they start giving them in worthless amounts, such as increments of 5, one does question their motifs, and whether they actually CARE about the other person, and are trying to help, or are simply trying to get their rep up.

nah really, I think people who give bonuses just want to get rep, giving 10 seedhours to random people who you dont even know they really need it or not?,
