Win 98se Prob

Hi,

When I start my computer for the first time or if its been off for a while and windows starts I get 5 mins of use then it hangs. I have tried several things:

New:

Hard drive
PSU
Another Fan
Format and clean install

Also sometimes when I do press the restart button it hangs on the black sceen and I have to push it several times and hope it loads, after its loads after a restart its ok can someone help as this is really a pain.

I am downloading WIN XP Corp just incase its windows but any help would be appreciated. :D

Win 98 Is A Prob! Just use XP it'll solve ya probs. I reccomend formatting before installin Xp. Wot spec is ya system ne ways? And How Old? Might Be A Motherboard Fault? But dats just a guess.

Jetway Motherboard - i dont lyk da sound of dat! with ya system you shud b running windows XP. XP is far more stable and has lots more features! and ya CPU is optimized for Xp so will b faster wen using XP.
