Best webhost.. hard to fin since it depends what you need, how many users you serve etc etc.

If you run a normal site i would give www.nomonthlyfees.com a try. I used them before some years and i was pretty impressed by their automation and speeds.

I know 26 GB is not much traffic per month but most sites don't have that much - maybe worth a try.

No i have nothing to do with them just a private suggestion :)
