I was watching the movie Sweet Rain (Accuracy of Death) and saw a symbol:

Except the symbol its a good movie : D

If you notice the swastika is left facing as opposed to the Nazi right facing one.
Therefore it is probably simply being used(as it has been for centuries by Buddhists)as a symbol of luck or prosperity.
