Uplink (or Uplink: Hacker Elite) is pretty much the only decent hacking game around currently.

Doesn't need much in terms of requirements, as the graphics intentionally bare. However, it is currently the most enjoyable hacking game so far (even if the realism is reduced a bit with certain niggles).

Look for "Uplink" - The original UK version of the game was called that. The US version which shipped out a few months later was renamed to Uplink: Hacker Elite.
