Why can't get one of your mates to go with you, you nut?

Better than going on your ownsome.

You will get arrested and kneecapped if you're seen ogling Turkish alone.

The husband refuses to go to Turkey. He once had a rather bad experience involving guns and blindfolds whilst he was in the RAF.

See that would be an interesting story. Not OAPs shiting on the ceiling.

I have been to Marmaris. The kids and myself had a really nice holiday there. They are hugely keen to sell you stuff though and it is a good idea to walk on the side of the road away from the shops.

The food was nice and the Turkish Delight factory was good fun.

It was in July though and 43 degrees - far too hot. November should be a lot more comfortable.

There was a lot of night life in Marmaris and as I said the grub was good. Belly dancer at our hotel wasn't hairy at all.

The local larger was OK too Efes I think it was called.

Edit: They will most prolly try to arrange that you end up in a carpet making co-operative at some point. The carpets are beautiful but it is a bit of a waste of time if you don't want one. We saw three and I bought (a small)one much to the brats' amusement :idunno:
