TorrentLeech gives me HTTP error 403

Hello, Just recently got into TL and decided to start seeding a few torrents. Right away the tracker gives my seedbox at HTTP Error 403. All torrents from that tracker give the same thing. Any ideas on why I am getting this and how to fix it?

Just tried downloading a torrent from a few months ago which wouldn't have a wait time for a new user and still no luck. Same old HTTP Error 403.

HTTP error 403 means that the IP address is not authorised (see banned). A previous user of that IP (seedbox) may have been banned from TL . You need to check with TL staff either by pm'ing them onsite or going to the irc channel.
