HI! I would really like some upload credits, I'm trying to become PU there and it's a long way for me with 600kbps upload speed, I have there like 1500 seedhours siting and I can't use them until I become PU:cry:. So I would really appreciate your help.:clap:

dude 600kb its very high speed
most people have 20-60 kb upload speed

I don't think these upload credit allow you to be power user.
