Maybe people think older accounts will be overlooked for IP changes and such, but who knows

people from banned countries at ScT think that they can get access there that way, cuz the account won't be banned...

this gives even more reasons for ScT to keep such countries banned.

about trade?
I think ppl thinking if they get an old account they can login the tracker?(I mean Sct dont allowing .il / .pl / .br / .pt for new users)

I'd like to see the look on your face after you get banned with a buffered account then we'll see how many good solutions there are.

Yea, the solution is use a computer from a non banned country (seedbox)

Well, Did you ever see a norman account banned without a valid reason

I mean Sct dont allowing .il / .pl / .br / .pt for new users) If ppl slipped throught the cracks and caught, ok banning is a valid reason cuz they have a rule "we dont allow new member from these countries"
P.S what about buffer, buffer is allthing and enough for to be good member? eveyone has seedbox nowdays and buffer is not hard(now 14 years old children using 1 gbit seedboxes too)

Banning the whole country is a solution? Idiots...

Sometimes it is a lot easier to make a country blacklisted than add a few good users to a whitelist. :)

Besides, some sites like BMTV offer a solution if you have a statc* IP (thanks for the typo correction!).

The trackers only must bane who trade or cheat.. Not the good users, the ones who keep a good account and sometimes donate to the site.. And donate for what? For a week or two the staff ban the hole Country :S

You and many others do not understand the simple fact that it is their tracker so it is their rules. If a country is giving staff most of its workload in terms of cheating hit n running etc then it makes sense from their point of view to simply reduce the workload, the simplest way to do this is ban the entire IP range. This isn't after all a democracy, we are guests of private websites and each one has different rules. There is always an alternative tracker that will offer the same content which doesn't have the country ban so this problem really only affects collectors who need to be in certain trackers.

at least study your shit before saying non-sense:

from SCT rules:

Poland and Israel are permanently IP Banned, so do NOT ask Staff to make exceptions. If you send an invite to a "friend" in .il/.pl then be prepared to lose it forever.

Great point. No tracker is irreplaceable.

It doesn't matter if the account is old or new. The staff at Sct will eventually find out and ban the user, despite if their from a banned country or not......

Best rules to be a good user
Never cheat ! (even don't think about it)
Never Tread invites
Read the Rules of the site u are in!
Read about Torrenting ( update yourself )
Be ethical (responsible for you actions)
Do the above even when there is nobody/staff/ watching your account
It Good to be GooD at what you do
.
.
You never know maybe we will not be talking about banned IP or even countries

I think that it's mostly the general/0-day sites that are banning countries [with hdbits being the exception] so users from the banned countries can simply move to another general site as the content isn't rare.
If specialised sites such as KG follow this trend then it's a real cause for concern.

No offence but its ironic that staff at these sites that ban countries are basically stooping to the same level as cheaters by taking the "easy route" to get their job done.So it's a logistical issue than a moral one. Each to their own I guess.

There's about 50 users with the Israel flag, but who knows if they really are in Israel or not.
