depends on which connection u have. if you have 100mbit u can get max. 11up/11down
i don't think that u need proofs for that. that's the fact.
if u have a 1gb connection i think that u can get up to 60mb up and 20-30 down.
please correct me if i am wrong coz i don't have a 1gb seedbox.

1mB=8mb (byte and bit)

So technically 100/100 would get you 12.5
1gbit would max out at 125

But then, there are hardware limitations, of course.

i can get 1 mb download and 120 up from comcast.

All depends on hardware and were ur getting files from and networks.
max ive had up on a ovh gbit is around 25 and 60 down.
But all depends.
Best way to test out ur server is to set a auto download script from sct or scc,thatl get u some very nice speed.
