I download as much as I can in HD simply because it looks so much better than SD. If I'm in a rush to see something then I will go for the SD option as they are much quicker downloads, but chances are I will end up getting again in HD at some point. The only problem is trying to find somewhere to store everything.

High Definition gives you a very intense experience compared to Standard Definition. You almost get inside the movie you are watching, since everything looks so real. So I guess I would go with High Definition all the way!

If what I'm lookibg for is in HD then I'll grab it. If not, I'll look for a standard x264 encode. And if it's not in that then I'll grab whatever it's in.

But HD is always my first option now.

So true!

When I first got my 1080P LCD TV, I was so amazed by the picture quality, it's like a disco on your eyeballs. The picture looks so amazing, I sometimes felt like licking the screen. :w00t:

most of time HD, but sometimes prefer R5 without ac3 or dts so that I can view on windows mobile.

Don't download any HD because I generally watch my movies on my tiny 17 inch monitor and I can still do some video quality magic with x264 rips. 2-3 cd size at most.

The problem that I have now is that its like I'm addicted to HD!
Every movie that get released, I HAVE to wait more time till the HD is out!!

I don't, because it's hard to find subtitles in my language. I understand english quite well, but the rest of the family don't...

Sometimes. Depends on how the movie/TV shows are. If its something I'll only watch once, or a new show I'm just trying out then I don't really care. But, I prefer watching my favourite shows in HD.

If there is a HD version available at the time I want to down it yes. If there isn't a HD version available I won't cry and not download the thing, It's ok with an xvid or dvdr, as long as it isn't a CAM.
