Put Ice on it, oh and if you think it's an allergic reaction, call a Doctor!
Maybe something cortison-based might help too, but it might be too close to the eye, hmm.

Edit: If it seems to be an allergic reaction antihistamines of some sort might help too.

You can make a paste out of baking powder and water that is soothing. (I think its powder but it could be baking soda).

Go to accident and emergency at your nearest hospital and have the triage Nurse look at it.

Or if there is a health centre nearby which is open have a Nurse here look at it.

JP is right, that's probably the best thing to do.

Well unless you're like me and try poking it with a pin to see if it pops then I would take Jpauls advice :D

Where's Metro.

He'll fix it with his home dentistry kit.

You can imagine him doing it to someone's eye as well now.

Like the Mission Impossible II knife in the eye thing.

Wonder if he would sterilise it this time.

no wasps are bastards. they can sting you repeatedly without dying so they can sting you for any reason. when bees sting you they die so it has to be a life threatening situation for a bee to sting you.

plus bees make honeyhttp://www.sighost.us/members/danb/worship.gif

Have you seen that movie about the killer bees from Mexico - when they sting you the sting stays in your skin and releases a type of pheromone that tells the other bees to attack you - you'll die after about 2000 stings

@Metrostars - i think I'll avoid home surgery, I'm a student so i get free health care

thanx btw are wasps (average wasps) have venom or posion

DarthInsinuate
09-07-2003, 11:18 PM
i think something is poisonous when you eat one
when something stings you they inject venom, which is poisonous to your body
