Where can I find the following?

I'm looking for ALL of seasons 1-3 of both The Office and House in either NTSC DVDRs or hdtv 720p x264. Which trackers if any, and also, are they available on newsgroups (never used newsgroup before)?

TDC Has NTSC DVDR for Seasons 1&2. BMTV has 720p HDTV Seasons 2&3

If you know its on newsgroups then just get a 2 day free trial from XenNews (aka hitnews), use free newsreader grabit and use one of many free nzb index sites and you're good to go.
