Hi I would not normally ask this but I just joined last week and after a day of joining I was told by my ISP that I have gone over the download limit for the month so I was wondering if I could possibly get some upload credit to get me started at the site.

only power users can receive and use TTi upload credit.

Ok I thought anyone could receive it but you had to be a poweruser to send it. Damn!

you know what, I think you're right you can receive gb (normal user)..my mistake..I havent used tti in a while.

It doesn't matter whether you get the upload or not. You exceeded the ISP DL, not the tracker DL. You need to upgrade your internet package.

Yeah I know but what I mean is that I would like to get started on the tracker with some upload but I can not actually upload any as I am over my ISP limit and uploading counts as download to an ISP so I am asking for someone else's upload to add to my upload. And I hopefully will upgrade my internet package soon so this should not happen again
