I can't help but be reminded of Lucy, and the other apes before us, who used 4 "legs", making use of their arms to jump from tree-branch to tree-branch, and walking on all fours.

Close to zero (say 5ºC?), but I know in Britain temperatures are regularly below that. Now it's slightly better, if it wasn't for the pouring and incessant rain.
