Try comparing and hear for yourself. Of course it depends on the samples used, but in many cases you will get a fuller experience on a full album (not always on remixed ones).

Actually when it comes to EDM, especially when ambient sounds are included or a full bass beat, you might easily hear the difference between 320Kbps mp3 and lossless. This is even more evident if you listen mostly to lossless sounds.

Maybe it's a psychological effect, but it works so I don't particularly care whether it is or not.

Oh and for mixing purposes lossless is a must.
