Xp Tweaking Help

Also google sucks for tweaks. Basically i am looking for a spacific one that i use before i re-did my comp.

the first two are for the more common tweaks really, and a nice gui for easy use, but the last is really if your after more, from what ive used it works via releasing plug ins to perform a given operation

i found tweak manager form winguide to be the best try it

I had my computer all custom and tons of tweaks to enhace the speed. All that was on a site i know someone here knows, becuase i was told here. I dont remember tho.

I remember one of the tweaks was turn off misc. operation that ran in the background by shut down services. I look for tweaks that you have to your self not programs, but i will still use them to see what they can do.

Seeing as the original question was asked, mind if I ask another question similar to it? ;)

Black Viper is a great one that's been mentioned in the past, but there was another - It was more of a Process Index rather than a services guide, but they were pretty much on about the same thing (generally). I know it was mentioned on the board, but any searches for it don't seem to pick it up. :huh:
