nice place to start are metalbits.org, rockbox.psychocydd.co.uk, metal-torrents.hopto.org.

if u post 1 ss from a music tracker and your favourite rock band , i will send u an invite on metal.iplay.ro or metal-torrents.hopto.org.

rockbox.psychocydd.co.uk is free sign up, metalbits.org has reached maximum users.

A rad dude referred me to Kraytracker, kids are pretty knowledgeable about music in there, but theres a definite hardcore/indie/elitist mentality there.
