I know BCG has one And i really liked it. If there are any other site with seedpoints or similar system pls tell me.

Not sure abt seedpoints but quite a few sites employ bonus points. From the top of my head I can think of x264,PTN,KG(dont count on it),bitseduce,TTi etc etc.
