well they say a good anti virus program is only as good as its virus definitions and updates.

I used to have Norton Corporate Ed but they only update once a week or something.

Then I switched to Trendmicro pc-cillin 2003 and they pretty much update every 2-3 days.

So what anti virus program do you use?

The best free antivirus i have ever used was antivir. www.free-av.com (http://www.free-av.com)

Bit defender and mcafee are good as well if you can pay for them.
Norton does slow your system but it works well. Avg , Avast,Panda are all crap in my opinion! They are so many programs out there now and most are just worthless. I think you must pick what you believe works well with your system.
