Well, here I can, but I can't post anything in bittorrent section.
Is there any limitation before writting something there?

Yes you can, but your posts are being removed b/c you're posting them in the wrong section. You're obviously aware of that seeing as you put:
"I couldn't get permission to post in Seedbox section, so I'll write here."
...at the beginning of every thread. Simply putting a disclaimer at the top of your post doesn't mean your can post it wherever you'd like. There is a one month wait to post in that section; you'll just have to be patient.
