JPaul

Are you uploading a whole directory like.

CrabGirl
11-23-2008, 11:14 PM
No, they're just big files and the connection here is fucking awful.

JPaul
11-23-2008, 11:16 PM
Ah right.

You could crunch them to any size you want. Do it as a batch.

Ideal software to do it and it's free http://www.fookes.com/ezthumbs/

Good for sending re email and stuff like that. You'd be amazed at the results.

CrabGirl
11-23-2008, 11:17 PM
plus I've been a spaccer and put the wrong photos in there. People ignore this premature redundant thread. I'll start a new one when I have something to put in it!

It's an excellent programme.

Set the size you want for the phoaties and do them as a batch. It's quick and works really well.

This was the view from my School window until I was about nine. Hadharvest festival and nativity and stuff in there. Sadly the school has now been closed down and made into a house. According to the Post Mistress, who remembered me, even though she pretended not to, the heart went out of the village that day. Lovely chuch.

Thank you! TBH all I'm trying to do is convince myself that there is beauty in this dull homogeneous county. I have no experience in taking pictures, I just try and portray what I appreciate, and so far it's working well!

Hey-

There's a question, Faye:

What exactly does the lack of human accompaniment in your work indicate?

Precisely as possible, if you please?

I have some ideas, but don't want to make a poor leap, you see. ;)

You appreciate symmetry, liked geometry in school, were generally good at maths, avoid people if you don't know them, and yer kinda lonely right now.

Oh, and you like wine. :dabs:

Someone made that church.

Someone else mounted that crummy clock.

Oh and I like wine.
