I really think that it would be beneficial if there was minimum amount of seedhours that one could give away.:)

Well at least this is 50 and not 10 or 15 like some do. But yes, I very much agree that these small amounts are ridiculous. Something like 240 would be much better. then recipiants could actually use it for something.

Edit: At least I hope it's 9 times 50 SH and not the other way around, because then ridiculous reaches a whole new level.
