Hi-
Im not sure just how to ask this ? so I apologize. I am looking for a program that allow change mpeg movies to convert so they can be seen using a Dvd player.

Any help is appreciated

TMPGEnc encodes any format to .mpg so that you play it on your dvd play. Some require that it be a VCD, use Nero Burning software to do that.

I reccomend you take a look at some of the guides on this site:
http://www.dvdrhelp.com/

They list all the programs nessissary, and have step by step instructions.
It can be confusing at first.
