If there was one telly box programme you could bring back, which one would it be?
I say it should be 'Calimero'
I loved that little chick when I was little :D
Space: Above and Beyond, maybe.
Or Carnivale.
Or Automan. Automan was fucking awesome.

Quantum Leap, like. And give it a proper fucking ending this time.
The League Of Gentlemen. That was fucking genius until they shat all over it by making a film, the whores.

I still have the tapes I made of Space:Above and Beyond kicking around someplace.
Of course the fact that I no longer have a VCR makes it a bit pointless.:pinch:
The Avengers would be cool or maybe The Wild Wild West.
From what I remember I think I thought the finale of Quantum Leap was pretty great.

It was pretty good, dramatically speaking, like. He leapt in this ' bar end of the universe' thing and had a talk with god who was a bartender and discussed his vocation as regards the grand scheme of things. It ended with the caption, 'Doctor Sam Beckett never made it home' or words to that effect.
I just wanted the last leap to be 'the leap home'.

I'd agree with you, like but I'm afraid he might erroneously label me as a paedophile or make small-minded, racist comments about my homehand or something else equally facile.
So I'm staying the fuck ouuta this one.
I did it wrong the first time, so there.
I'd agree with you, like but I'm afraid he might erroneously label me as a paedophile or make small-minded, racist comments about my homehand or something else equally facile.
I'm glad not to be like that.
More of you should emulate me.
Do it now.
Oh, and back on topic-
My Mother the Car
No special reason, apart from it was so bad, it only lasted, like, 3 episodes.
I've always wondered about that. :whistling

I'll certainly try but there's just so much unfunny, long-winded, coma-inducing, serpentine convolutions of ultimately vapid rumination a fellow can reasonably exert before he is compelled to admit discomfiture. :whistling

Don't be ridiculous.
It means 'Close your little eyes and shut your little beak'
It's what Mr Owl (as above) used to say at the end of the programme (Fabeltjeskrant). I said it because Ben has started making this strange squeaking noise that kinda sounds like a wee bird.
