Hi, 1st post on here but been devout soulseek user since the beginning. Best of luck with the lawsuit!
I want to know if anyone else has seen what look like fake files recently.
An example is when I searched for Beyonce Diva, I got many search results with high speeds but they all had similar names and there were no random sounding folder names, just generic names like \soulseek or \beyonce or \ music.
Also, all usernames were a name followed by numbers like asdas24 etc.
This reminded me of an old soulseek issue of fake users using this type of naming but they were actually just bots logging connections.
Other searches that did this were, Ludacris and LL Cool J....

Can anyone shed any light on this????

I don't know what I'd do without soulseek, I find so much new music that I would never hear otherwise, hope someone can help!

Ouch ! They might of well have gave out my IP address too .
Irony ? No its Karma , always be nice to the noobies . :pinch:

I'm not sure what I prefer for music sharing programs anymore . I just use Frostwire and Soulseek for really old music or rare tracks like the blues , Johnny Winters or Savoy Brown .

I find the album or cd on torrent sites .
