I ran across this (http://www.explosion-zone.ch/forum/thread.php?threadid=3&sid=e1d54888f1f79d243086a62332455fe8&page=1) worklog and must say that it's one of the most amazing things I've ever seen.
Unfortunately, it's in German but the pictures are self-explanatory.

This guy has the most unique approach to watercooling- and the means to achieve it... truly a remarkable piece of work.

i'm quite speechless.
this is by far the best watercooling project i even seen. i can't even remember something so professional looking as this one.
also, he has all the needed machinery (and cad knowledge) to do such a fine piece of work.

amazing indeed.

Engineering genius aside ,the man's a true artiste.

Glad you posted it .

Almost irrelevant, I think.

well yerr i suppose but doing all that for design? i for one think the w/c part would be good to know. Seeing if all those designs on the mobo heatsink worked well or is it just for show?

Dan if its water you gonna only going to get so cold as if you would with air.

Its remarkable because of its design and hard work and effort into something unique.

Temps will no doubt not much different to other W/C systems

yerr but you get shite w/c kits and good ones. For example some are better than others keeping the temps that way others are shite cos the can't sustaine it. Also depends on the block on the CPU and GPU, also the coolant and fans/rads. Im curious to what those ones are like.

I would of thought it would be shit hot like the top end gear already out you wouldnt do all that work and then have it no good at whats its designed to do.

I think when you see it you just know its good

A few observations:
-What grabbed me was not what he had done but rather, the way he did it.
It's a completely unique approach (I'm just talking about the cooling loop- the "case", such as it is, is a whole different story) and yes, I think it's impractical as hell but even more endearing because of it.

-Supposedly, this creation was destroyed when it fell off a table during a photoshot for Million Dollar PC.
I can't confirm this.
