OK sorry if it's a stupid question and has been asked loads of times before. But I'm getting a bit worried about all this sueing etc and obviously dont want tobe sued so would you recommend I delete my songs? Or is there any steps I can do to maybe prevent my information being available to them?

Not delete them just share them on another p2p cause the RIAA is mainly looking on kazaa-lite. To prevent info just try unticking the allow users to see my shared files in kazaa-lite's options

If you're really worried then just stop sharing, they can't get you if you never collect.
