2,793,138 people downloaded Kazaa(not K-Lite) last week, and 272,629,144 to date just from Download.com alone.
Personally I'm starting to wonder where all these people are coming from. There are only slightly more than 6 billion people in the world and the vast majority don't have computers/internet yet almost 300 million have downloaded KMD?
The only reason I question this is that I noticed a number of 'yeah, it's the greatest thing since sliced bread' type reviews, and we all know that is bull. Even with all the phoney reviews, it was still rated only 29% positive but downloaded nearely 3 million times in one week? By who? Why would anyone download a program hated by 71% of 642 reviews?
Where are all these people, because you know I have this bridge in Brooklyn that's going real cheap...B)
