i'm not so sure it's a trojan now...
i downloaded lastest av and anti-trojan updates, disconnected and scanned all files with nod32 and anti trojan
i then rebooted into safe mode and re-scanned with both again
then i rebooted normally and checked again
i didn't find any infected files
i then did an online trojan scan and didn't find anything
does this mean the irc bot/admin was wrong??

Use IRC Ork for faster way to download files.
It's basicly IRC- kazaa'd version.
auto connects to hundreds of good irc servers.. Boom, fast file downloads at 100kb/s very easy

Well, the "Compromised Machine" part is probably just the comment that was entered when the 'kline' command was used. Hell, it could be referring to itself, saying that the IRC server had been compromised. Maybe as a joke by the person who compromised it, or as a method of keeping people informed without just taking the server offline, and yet denying them access for their own safety...
