put your keyword in the box and DONT PRESS ANYTHING 2 more boxes should show up at the bottom username and pass go in there.

only press enter after the other 2 boxes show up and you enter your details in them.

I've been banned at a number of places recently it seems, so it won't surprise me very much, but could someone explain this similar question.

I know I'm putting it in right, but would the recover option still send me login info if the account had been banned? Other sites, like TL, have said "email not found in database".

You could just be disabled because of usage.
