Without a doubt the HD3850.

The 8600GT has been a good card, but it's getting a bit long in the tooth now. Even I've got one! :O

Another vote for the HD3850, I'm running it and I'm loving it. Runs all my games at 1680x1050 on my 22" Samsung LCD flawlessly at medium to high settings. (Far Cry 2, Crysis Warhead, COD WAW...)

Only gripe is BIA: HH has artifact issues due to drivers that ATI hasn't fixed yet.

What about a 9600gt, or a 9800?
