What's A Good Download Manager?

Anybody got any ideas about good download managers? i.e FlashGet, DAP.......

Im using FlashGet at the mo but I want peoples opinion on others.

Download Express (http://www.metaproducts.com/mp/mpProducts_Detail.asp?id=18) is just as good as any download manager and is free.

i know, i got open office myself, pretty good. :)
flashget is free to buts its ad supported, and u have to pay to get rid of the ad,
but the super trick blocks th eads anyway so u only get a grey square, but u can crack it if u want, but i havent as i dont use it much, only for big files, and when i do it aint up anyway it minimized to the tray

If you use E-dexter you don't even get the grey square. :D

oh well, also i gotta ask, is ur os legal? coz if that aint what the point in getting loadsa freeware apps to keep things legal. :D

I only pirate from large software companies that won't notice it. So I buy things like donationware or shareware, or I use freeware instead, becuase I don't like stealing from the little guy.

I bought copies of Thief and Thief II, but that didn't stop pirates putting Looking Glass Studios out of business (they didn't copy-protect their games).

So it's an ethical choice for me... I have no problem with failing to pay MicroSoft their 85% profit margins.

So this is why I recommend Download Express, because it's free and you're not stealing from a small company that may be depending on people buying their software.

If you liked Thief I then you are wasting time by sitting there and not going and buying Thief II. Best game ever!!!! - and I mean that sincerely, I honestly think it is.

Thief III will be coming out sometime soon, it's being developed by Ion Storm, the guys who made Deus Ex. They got the rights to Thief's Dark Engine.

Star Downloader ,is also free and is a good download manager.
