i can't connect to my server. anybody else having problems?

Did you try to reboot it.
From the control page they gave you with the server.

Also you can see if it's up by going to look at your sites page on there website.

i can't find the option to reboot. but under status, it says "On".

edit: i also tried pinging and i get nothing.

If you rebooted your server or made some important changes it might take a while to get back online. Should be take a few minutes, if it doesn't come back on then you should contact support.

Ok open a ticket and you will see were you can get the remote reboot page.
