I'm always having problems by passing their test. I have lots of difficulties to understand english, so I haven't passed it third times.

Use a translator for Irc, Will be hard to read the rules also if not.

Probably the better way to obtain a invite there is to apply i IRC.

I'm sure there are members there that also do not speak English.
