You can also add Demonoid to the list. Demonoid is the best appz tracker ever. I found there almost any app I was looking for.

WHAT has more appz than TL.
Demonoid is kinda slow, also need to be careful on packer - some always contain virus.
But again, hard to define 'the best' unless specify what type of apps you're looking for.
