Weird Message

Can somebody help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After i had installed the xp sp1 i have trouble downloading from geverifieerde downloads.[B]When i go to verified downloads and than to "tv shows" this message come up"Warning: mysql_connect():Too many connections in/home/verified/public_html/lib.php online 26
Too many connections.

Can somebody thell me what it means and how i can fix this????????
